FIRE SEALINGS FOR CABLE CROSSINGS

The cable crossings are generally fire sealed with a system made of mineral wool layers and intumescent paint and putty. Under fire action they form a protective carbon foam, which prevent the burn and fire spreading for walls, floors and ceilings.
Because this system doesn’t require mechanical equipment, it’s our favorite system and one of the most widely used. The system is suitable for sealing a large number of passages, of different types and sizes.
The surface of the enclosure is flexible and allows the opening or the repair of the system, and also the subsequent placement of cables.

FIRE SEALING PIPES CROSSINGS, FLAMMABLE PVC TUBES

The fire sealing of the plastic tubes crossings is made with a built-alike necklace system. It prevents the fire expansion strangulating the tubes and filling the opening with a special substance.

FIRE SEALING FOR METALLIC PIPES

For sealing the technological holes, the cable crossings and the metallic pipes we use polyurethane foam. The system is used to close the hard to access technological holes. The polyurethane foam can expand about 30 times, so it can easily fill all the cracks and holes.

SEALING THE METALLIC PIPES WITH ANTI-FIRE SILICONE SEALANT

The anti-fire silicon sealant is used either with mineral wool or other systems to protect against fire. It assures a long term flexibility and a tight seal waterproof.
The silicone sealant is suited for filling the technological holes or closing the crossings, in case of thermal expansion of the system to be isolated, such as metal pipes.

MIXTED SYSTEMS FOR FIRE RESISTANT WALL CROSSING OF CABLES, METALLIC PIPES, PASTIC TUBES OR VENTILATION DUCTS

This closure is similar to the cable crossings one. The differences lay on the used materials, that increase their volume and on the other systems, such as fire or rolled collars, according to pipelines that cross the wall.
